Hey, I’m Nicole — Founder of BOSS BIA™ 💋
I’m the Founder of BOSS BIA™, but before anything else, I’m a wife, mom, grandma, dog mom, creative soul, and someone who believes family and connection are pretty much everything.
I’m married to my husband, Derek, and together we have a big, beautifully blended family. I’m a mom to six kids — three biological and three bonus kids — and I have six grandkids who keep life fun, busy, loud, and full of love. Family is everything to me.
And yes, that absolutely includes my fur baby, Londyn. She’s a Min Pin/Chihuahua mix — a little “Minchi” — and she is ridiculously cute and absolutely knows it.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not working on BOSS BIA, where we support women in business, you can usually find me doing something creative, spending time with family, or planning our next camping trip.
Although I should probably clarify...
I camp. But I glamp. 😂 I love camping, traveling, decorating our campsite, hanging out by the fire, and making memories with the people I love. You can even follow along with some of our adventures on Facebook at The Glamping Bia.
I’ve also always loved anything creative.
My latest obsession? Painting rocks and hiding them at campgrounds. There is just something fun about creating something, leaving it behind, and knowing someone else might stumble across it and smile.
Honestly, that probably says a lot about me. I love bringing people together. I love making people feel welcome. I love creating things. And I love doing little things that make someone’s day better.
Why I Created BOSS BIA™
BOSS BIA came from that same part of me. I was tired of walking into rooms where women felt like competition instead of community. I wanted something different — a place where women could walk in, be themselves, make real connections, support one another, and actually get to know the women behind the businesses.
Because I believe visibility matters. People need to know who you are, what you do, and what makes you different. But even more than that, people want to know you.
That’s why BOSS BIA isn’t about stiff networking, collecting business cards, or delivering the perfect elevator pitch. It’s about relationships. It’s about showing up. It’s about supporting women-owned businesses. It’s about founding sponsors who believe in creating opportunities and building a community where women genuinely want to see each other win.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to know anyone in the room. And you definitely don’t have to be perfect. Just show up. Come hang out with us. Meet some women. Tell us what you do. Support a local business. Make a friend. Make a connection.
